International office establishment. Opening in a new jurisdiction requires more than hiring the right partner. Lateral partner integration. Hiring well is only half the challenge. We support firms across the full lateral lifecycle - from business case and selection through to onboarding, client transition, and performance management.

Most firms do not have a governance problem in the legal or regulatory or practice management sense. They have a practical one - decisions that are unclear, accountability that is shared to the point of being owned by no one, and leadership time absorbed by internal friction rather than firm performance.
